Ipswich Inn Policies

Please read through our policies before making a reservation.

Check Availability

Check-In / Check Out

Check-in is at 2:00 PM - Early check-in available upon request.
Check out is at 11:00 AM.

Late Arrivals

Guests arriving after 6:00 PM must make special arrangements in advance with the proprietors.

Smoking

Only permitted outside. Please note that there is a $150 smoking in-room cleaning fee...Please, no smoking in rooms!

Pets

Allowed only with permission in designated rooms.  A fee for dog is $25.00 per stay.
Please inquire when booking a room.

Accepted Payment Methods

Any major credit card, personal checks, cash, Travelers Checks.

Open All Year Round

2-night minimum stay July 4th & Labor Day weekends.

All Rooms are Double Occupancy

Additional people in the room will be charged $25 per night.  All guests are offered one complimentary breakfast entree each morning.

Minimum Stay

Minimum stay not required.

Cancellation and Re-bookings

Cancellations can happen and are understandable, but we reserve the right to charge a minimum of 1 night’s stay for any cancellation made within 10 days of the reservation.  We also reserve the right to charge a $25 deposit fee for any cancellation.
A no show will be charged full price of the reservation. 

Alcoholic Beverage Policy

The Ipswich Inn is a "Bring Your Own Bottle" establishment. In accordance with state and local regulations, we do not sell any alcoholic beverages. Our guests are welcome to bring their own beverages for personal consumption.  We have glasses, soft drinks, and mixers available for our guests.  We do ask that you drink responsibly.
