Late Arrivals: Guests arriving after 6:00 PM must make special arrangements in advance with the proprietors.

Smoking: Only permitted outside

Pets: Allowed only with permission in designated rooms.  Please inquire when booking a room.

Children: We welcome children but not all rooms are suitable for children, call us to discuss.

Accepted Payment Methods: AMEX, Visa/ MasterCard, personal checks, cash, Travelers Checks.

Open all year round:  2 night minimum stay July 4th & Labor Day weekends.

Deposit Amount Required: Reservations require a deposit equal to one night's room and tax, which will be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation. The deposit will be credited at the end of your stay.

Cancellation: There is a $25 handling fee for any cancellation. If rooms are not cancelled within 10 days prior to arrival, you will be charged for any nights that have not been re-rented plus the $25 fee.
